Hey! I’m Emma. Mum of two boys under 3 living in Denmark.
I’m here to make you feel your best during pregnancy and postpartum, both the mental and the physical.
Being a certified prenatal & postnatal Pilates and Barre instructor along with a mindfulness coach, my goal is to guide and motivate women into realising that they can do anything they set their minds to. And that it should be fun.
My expertise and experience has helped women reduce (and even alleviate) pain during pregnancy, shorten labours (and first time labours too) along with a smoother and shorter postpartum recovery.
I struggled with postpartum heaviness and pain in my pelvic floor after my first pregnancy, and it took me quite a while to return to exercise because, although I worked out a lot, I wasn’t doing the right exercise for me.
Everybody is different and therefore there is no one-size-fits-all but, there are fundamental similarities: a balanced body and pelvic floor.
After becoming an instructor and now furthering my studies as a corrective exercise specialist for pregnancy and postpartum, I’ve tested on myself and clients on exercises that are supportive and can be done at home without much equipment.
